The Original Surround Sound
“Step into the Light” Season 2024/25
Message From
The Maestro
Michael Newnham
Join us in this tremendously exciting new season of five concerts.
We are delighted to be able to offer you a full range of symphonic experiences, including music that the PSO is performing for the first time! You will hear iconic works by Dvorak, Rachmaninoff, Prokofiev, Beethoven and Mahler.
After the wonderful success of our film concert this past season, we have decided to bring you more, including some of my absolutely favourite scores from “The Godfather” and “Indiana Jones”.
The PSO and I are looking forward to great music-making with our guest soloists, including the return of David Jalbert, Erika Raum and Stephane Tétreault. A special treat for us this year will be our collaboration with the Elmer Iseler Singers, coming to life in the generous acoustic of Emmanuel United Church.
Everything is lining up for our 2024/25 Season to be truly unforgettable.
