THE DIAMOND JUBILEE CAMPAIGN
This season we are celebrating 60 years of the PSO, and 25 years of Michael Newnham’s leadership. To mark the occasion, we are launching an ambitious fundraising campaign, with the slogan, “For the next 60 years!” The Diamond Jubilee Campaign has a goal of $250,000 by the end of the concert season.
YOUR GIFT WILL SUPPORT THREE THINGS
Music for young people across the region through collaborations with 4th Line Theatre, touring to Peterborough, Lindsay, Port Hope and Campbellford.
New ways to hear the orchestra. Family concerts. Smaller evening concerts in more intimate spaces. Evenings where you sit among the musicians and hear a piece from the inside.
A foundation that lasts. The campaign will help build the staff, resources, and endowment fund the PSO needs for its next sixty years.
